Provider Network Manager – Patna

About the role

The Provider Network Manager will lead the development and management of Aditya Birla Health Insurance's (ABHI) provider network in Patna. This role ensures that customers have seamless access to high‑quality, cost‑effective healthcare services through a robust network of hospitals, clinicians and other providers.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and expand a recognized network of healthcare providers within the Patna region.
• Negotiate and manage new and existing provider contracts, focusing on quality, value and cashless direct settlement.
• Own end‑to‑end relationships with allocated providers, addressing performance, compliance and service issues.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Services, Operations and other business functions to deliver high‑value services to ABHI customers.
• Monitor market dynamics, identify opportunities in SME and start‑up segments, and develop tailored solutions to capture market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing healthcare provider networks or similar relationships in the insurance sector.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of the health insurance market, especially in India.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
