Proposal Analyst – Solutions Advisory

About the role

The Proposal Analyst will work from Vena's Indore office, supporting the Solution Advisory team within Sales. You will coordinate and facilitate responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and IT/security questionnaires, helping the global sales organization win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate procurement requests for fit with Vena’s products and ensure proposals are set up for success.
• Facilitate the end‑to‑end process for RFP/RFI/RFQ and IT/security questionnaire responses, meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to translate Vena’s value proposition into compelling proposals.
• Assist with project‑management activities such as developing submission plans, tracking compliance requirements and managing timelines.
• Critically review all deliverables for consistency, quality and accuracy before submission to prospects or customers.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience responding to procurement requests.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical requirements and generate actionable deliverables.
• Demonstrated project‑management capabilities and ability to deliver high‑quality work under aggressive timelines.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with RFP response software (preferably Loopio).
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to explore AI‑driven solutions.

• Base salary range of 1,070,938 – 1,448,916 INR per year.
