Proposal Analyst

About the role

The Proposal Analyst will work from Vena's Indore office, supporting the Solution Advisory team within Sales. You will coordinate and facilitate responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and IT/security questionnaires, helping drive growth and revenue through high‑quality bid proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate procurement requests to ensure alignment with company and product capabilities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end process for RFP/RFI/RFQ and IT/security questionnaire responses.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to translate Vena’s value proposition into compelling proposals.
• Develop submission plans, track business/compliance requirements, and meet strict deadlines.
• Review deliverables for consistency, quality, and accuracy before submission to prospects.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience responding to procurement requests.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical requirements and produce actionable insights.
• Project management experience with a focus on meeting aggressive timelines.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interest in AI‑driven solutions and willingness to explore new tools.
