Property Sales Executive – GIFT City Project

About the role

Looking for a Property Sales Executive to support sales activities for the GIFT City Project. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, property presentations, follow‑ups, negotiations, documentation, and closing property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Call prospective leads from customer data lists and maintain daily customer interaction.
• Identify and qualify potential buyers through proactive outreach.
• Conduct property presentations and explain project features to clients.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, agreements, and compliance records.
• Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth transaction closure.
• Maintain consistent communication with leads until conversion.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and closures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing & Sales.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; real‑estate sales experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Strong follow‑up and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads.
• Ability to work toward sales and conversion targets.
