Property Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our hostel in Vagator, North Goa. The role blends operational oversight, guest experience, team leadership and financial stewardship to create a vibrant, profitable hospitality venue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage and maintenance.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory, procure supplies and control costs.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences, handle complaints and manage online reputation.
• Recruit, train, schedule and motivate staff to maintain high morale.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports; analyse revenue streams and optimise profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive bookings, build local partnerships and manage online booking platforms.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety regulations through regular inspections.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel or hostel management, preferably in a backpacker‑oriented property.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using online booking platforms.
