Project & Program Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cloud Migration

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Project & Program Manager to lead the delivery of IT initiatives such as asset lifecycle management, cloud migration, and infrastructure transitions. The role involves end‑to‑end project execution, coordination with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects and programs from initiation to closure.
• Support IT transition initiatives, including data‑center and cloud migrations.
• Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to track timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce regular status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor budgets, track financials (P&L, cost control), and ensure alignment with Agile, Waterfall, or ITIL frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure, migration, or transition projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a structured manner.
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost tracking.
