Project Planning Manager - CPAS

About the role

As a Project Planning Manager – CPAS you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of luxury villa projects, acting as the central hub that links design, construction, procurement and finance. You will ensure each project is completed on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking milestones, critical paths and implementing delay‑recovery plans.
• Monitor project budgets, forecast cash flows and reconcile cost plans with design changes, providing strategic financial insights to senior management.
• Maintain integrated MIS dashboards, action trackers and governance packs for weekly and monthly leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts and on‑site execution teams to identify bottlenecks and optimise resource allocation.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience in real‑estate development or project‑management consulting.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Primavera are desirable.
• Prior experience handling luxury real‑estate projects.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data‑analytics and risk‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and delay analysis.
