Project Planning Manager (CPAS) for Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

The Project Planning Manager (CPAS) will act as the central coordination hub for luxury villa projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to premium quality standards. This role bridges design, construction, procurement, and finance teams to drive seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, monitor milestones and critical paths.
• Track project budgets, forecast cash‑flow needs, and reconcile cost plans with design changes.
• Prepare financial insights and reports for senior management.
• Create integrated MIS dashboards, manage action trackers, and compile governance packs for leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, contract management, and onsite teams to resolve bottlenecks and optimise resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 7–12 years of experience in real‑estate development or project‑management consulting, preferably in luxury residential projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Primavera are highly desirable.
