Project Manager – Web Development, SEO & UI/UX

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to own post‑sales delivery of web development, SEO, and UI/UX projects for multiple agency clients. You will translate client business goals into actionable plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑sales client and account management as the single point of contact.
• Coordinate web development, SEO, and UI/UX projects from requirement gathering to client acceptance.
• Break projects into milestones, plan timelines, and track daily progress.
• Manage scope, handle scope creep diplomatically, and negotiate changes.
• Conduct basic quality assurance checks before handover.
• Escalate risks early and propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication with clients and internal teams.

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
• Calm under pressure, able to manage tense clients and shifting timelines.
• Process‑driven with rigorous use of SOPs, checklists, and documentation.
• High attention to detail and ability to catch gaps early.
• Empathetic people skills to balance client expectations with developer capacity.
