Project Manager – Vendor & Business Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex vendor‑related and business transformation initiatives in a global environment. Based onsite in Bangalore, you will own the full project lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor‑related projects across multiple regions.
• Lead application and deployment projects, including ERP, CRM, and quality‑management solutions.
• Drive projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, resources, and timelines are defined and met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Present status, risks, and recommendations to Director‑ and VP‑level stakeholders.
• Monitor performance with metrics, reporting tools, and data visualisation techniques.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of project‑management experience on medium to large initiatives.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading business‑transformation, application‑deployment, or vendor‑related projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with senior executives.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
