Project Manager – UiPath RPA Automation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of UiPath‑based robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for a US personal auto insurance client. Based in Pune, you will own end‑to‑end project execution, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure high‑quality releases on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of UiPath RPA projects, from design and development through testing, deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with US business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, timelines and success criteria.
• Plan resources, estimate effort, drive Agile sprint ceremonies and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Oversee release management, production readiness reviews, go‑live activities and post‑production stabilization.
• Monitor project KPIs, milestones and health, and provide regular status reports to executives and steering committees.
• Lead and mentor offshore and onshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment and productivity.
• Facilitate communication between business users, solution architects, developers, QA and leadership.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in project, program or delivery management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale UiPath/RPA and intelligent automation programs.
• Experience in insurance or financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, especially with US clients and executive leadership.
