Project Manager – Third Party Risk Management

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives for its banking and financial services clients. The role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of TPRM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and technology standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of TPRM projects, managing scope, budget, timeline and quality.
• Coordinate business and technology change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition to business‑as‑usual and stakeholder adoption.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with risk, compliance, technology and vendor teams.
• Translate requirements into functional solutions, create user stories, maintain product backlogs and support Agile teams throughout sprints.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues and governance activities across cross‑functional teams.
• Provide regular stakeholder communication, status reporting and executive updates.
• Support implementation of TPRM frameworks, vendor risk governance and payments transformation programmes.
• Utilise JIRA and Confluence for planning, requirement management and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑cycle projects in banking or financial services, preferably retail or corporate banking.
• Hands‑on expertise in Third‑Party Risk Management and payments (domestic and international).
• Strong background in business and technology change management with successful BAU transition.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Agile/Scrum methodologies and write clear user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities.
