Project Manager – Substations Construction

About the role

The Manager – Projects SS will lead the construction of high‑voltage substations, ensuring progress, quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) standards are met on schedule. Reporting to senior leadership, the role acts as the on‑site representative of Resonia for all construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities for 220 kV and above GIS substations.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to achieve planned milestones.
• Ensure compliance with QEHS policies and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Track project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.E. in Electrical or Civil Engineering from a reputable Indian institution.
• Minimum 8 years of on‑site experience in substation construction or related project management.
• Proven experience with 220 kV and higher GIS substations.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
