Project Manager – Subsea Pipelines & Process

About the role

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of subsea pipelines and process projects, from contract award through close‑out. You will ensure safe, reliable, and on‑time execution of pre‑commissioning, integrity, and intervention activities for major oil and gas operators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, baseline and manage detailed project schedules, identifying and mitigating schedule and cost risks.
• Maintain rigorous financial control, including Estimates at Completion, Earned Value analysis, contingency management and free cash‑flow compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with client HSE, quality and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Host planning, scheduling and technical review sessions to guarantee offshore mobilisation readiness.
• Coordinate functional teams, manage client KPIs and deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of commercial or technical project management experience in oil and gas services.
• Proven experience managing subsea pre‑commissioning projects such as pigging, hydro‑testing, umbilical management and dewatering.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in EAC, variance, risk and cash‑flow management.
• Excellent communication skills across crew, client and executive stakeholder levels.
• Mechanical engineering background or equivalent project management qualification.
