Project Manager – STATCOM Site (Khavad)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on‑site construction activities for the STATCOM project at Khavad. You will ensure safe, timely, and high‑quality execution while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil, electrical, mechanical, control & protection, and commissioning teams to meet project milestones.
• Monitor site progress, resource utilization, and productivity against schedule and contractual requirements.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel, enforcing quality and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, client, vendors, and local authorities on all site‑related matters.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
• Resolve execution issues and provide engineering support for technical clarifications.
• Conduct daily site review meetings and mitigate schedule risks.
• Maintain as‑built records, inspection reports, and handover documentation.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in power or industrial projects.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or relevant diploma) with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage complex site operations.
