Project Manager – Process Automation

About the role

Actemium India, a VINCI Energies brand, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end process automation projects. You will be responsible for delivering PLC, SCADA, HMI and control system integration solutions for manufacturing, process, utilities or infrastructure clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through commissioning and hand‑over.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and cost estimates.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning and startup activities.
• Coordinate customers, vendors and cross‑functional teams, and report on risks, KPIs and progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of industrial automation project management experience.
• Hands‑on knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI and control system integration projects.
• Strong project planning, budget management and stakeholder communication skills.
