Project Manager – PMC

About the role

The Project Manager – PMC leads a multidisciplinary project management team covering civil, MEP, safety and other specialties. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards, while acting independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and detailed schedules with milestones.
• Establish realistic budgets, allocate resources and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections and implement quality‑control procedures throughout construction phases.
• Manage change orders, cost variations and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders and facilitate project meetings.
• Oversee final inspections, handover activities and capture lessons learned for future projects.

Required profile

• Graduate Engineer (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of relevant PMC experience in residential and industrial buildings.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) processes; familiarity with NDT testing and material testing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork abilities.
