Project Manager – Planning (CPAS)

About the role

Isprava is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and execution of multiple luxury villa projects in Goa. You will work closely with the Project Director, overseeing site progress, logistics, and stakeholder coordination to deliver fully furnished, high‑end residences.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project planning and execution for several concurrent projects.
• Track deliverables for in‑house teams, external consultants, and vendors.
• Interpret design and architectural drawings, manage changes during construction.
• Control site progress, logistics, vendor management, and cost control.
• Research and implement new materials and technologies for faster, cost‑effective solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with contracts and technical specifications.
• Manage monthly project expenses, cash‑flow forecasts, and budget adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in project/construction management, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects.
• Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
