Project Manager – Planning, Coordination & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager who will drive planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the organisation. The role ensures that initiatives move efficiently from initiation to completion while meeting scope, timeline and quality standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and external partners in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables and detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, track performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and operational challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and status updates.
• Facilitate communication across teams to support smooth execution.
• Recommend process improvements and support decision‑making during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving capability.
• Experience with agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
