Project Manager – Mineral & Mining

About the role

BEUMER Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex mineral and mining projects. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution, delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including third‑party vendors.
• Define project scope and objectives with engineering and other departments.
• Develop detailed project plans using MS Project or Primavera and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, applying verification techniques.
• Measure and report project performance, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct detailed briefings.
• Perform risk management and ensure resource availability.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and track short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital goods, high‑value projects, material handling, automation or robotics industries.
• Proven project‑management track record.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with mixed mechanical, electrical and IT products.
