Project Manager – Millwork Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead millwork operations for North American clients. The role combines technical expertise in millwork design with strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of millwork projects from design through delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of designers, drafters, and engineers.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor timelines to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Oversee development and review of detailed custom millwork shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with AWI, AWMAC, and NKBA standards.
• Serve as primary contact for US/Canada clients via calls and emails.
• Allocate resources, prioritize projects, and approve deliverables before client submission.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in millwork design and execution.
• 3–5 years of project management or team leadership experience.
• Experience handling US/Canada‑based projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
