Project Manager – Millwork & Furniture Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead millwork and furniture design projects for retail, food service, office and hospitality environments. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, resources and execution plans, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, consultants and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Review architectural drawings, technical specifications and project documentation, managing risks and maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare status reports, manage stakeholder communication and oversee project handover and closure.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of millwork, kiosks and furniture design across retail, food service, office and hospitality sectors.
• Expertise in wood joinery techniques, fittings and buyout selection.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proven experience coordinating offshore and onsite teams and managing international clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
