Project Manager - Medical Devices

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and launch of medical device products. The role involves overseeing the full product life‑cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from definition through clinical evaluation and market launch.
• Define team operational goals, create detailed timelines, and control the operating budget.
• Prioritize tasks across workstreams and coordinate owners to meet project milestones.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, clinical, marketing, finance, operations, and quality teams worldwide.
• Lead phase reviews, core team meetings, and senior‑leadership communications.
• Accurately track and report project budget and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex medical device projects.
• Strong ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management qualification.
• Solid understanding of medical device product life‑cycle and regulatory requirements.
• Budget planning and financial tracking expertise.
