Project Manager – Market Research (PMP Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Market Research Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end research initiatives across global markets, primarily supporting US‑based stakeholders. The role combines strong project management expertise with a passion for leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple market research and business projects from initiation through delivery, creating detailed plans, timelines, risk registers and resource allocations.
• Maintain project schedules using Smartsheet and other PM tools, tracking progress and proactively managing risks, budget and delivery constraints.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings, status reviews and executive updates.
• Utilize AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini to enhance planning, reporting, documentation and automation of routine tasks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly health reports, track KPIs, issues and dependencies, and escalate critical matters with mitigation strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to standards, templates and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of proven project‑management experience, with at least 5 years managing market‑research, consumer‑insights or analytics projects.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
