Project Manager – Lead Cross‑Functional Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive projects from initiation through delivery. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define objectives, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure successful outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through all lifecycle phases, from planning to closure.
• Define objectives and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Track progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate status, updates, and risks to all concerned parties.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality products that meet client expectations.
• Continuously improve project management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification such as PPM or CAPM is a plus.
