Project Manager

About the role

Tsaaro is a data privacy and security consulting firm seeking a Project Manager to lead internal and client‑facing initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain consistent processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to internal processes and documentation standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes.
• Conduct regular project reviews and governance check‑ins with leadership and stakeholders.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives to boost project efficiency and consistency.
• Act as the single point of coordination for assigned projects, facilitating effective communication across teams.
• Assist leadership with visibility into project performance, timelines, and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for presentations and leadership updates.
• Ability to create and maintain project dashboards.
