Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will coordinate and ensure timely, on‑scope delivery of projects, overseeing all aspects of project execution. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, liaising with internal teams, and keeping senior management informed of status.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding and customized project delivery, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
• Work directly with clients to guide platform usage (APIs, panels) and conduct product demos as needed.
• Manage internal resources and third‑party vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, develop detailed plans, and track progress.
• Provide guidance during UAT, monitor development status, and report updates to relevant parties.
• Handle changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E.) or equivalent development background.
• 7–8 years of experience in project management, technical support, or development, preferably within a SaaS organization.
