Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate our technology projects in Coimbatore. You will work closely with cross‑disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross‑discipline team members to keep projects on track.
• Identify and resolve issues with project team members.
• Submit project deliverables adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and manage satisfaction during transition.
• Conduct post‑project evaluation to capture lessons learned.
• Prepare requirement documents, user flows and validate test cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in the technology industry.
• Proven ability to lead project teams of various sizes to successful completion.
• Strong client‑management and expectation‑setting skills.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
