Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Global Project Management, the Project Management Team and the Study Team to deliver assigned projects and programmes in the clinical trial environment. The role requires applying proven project management principles and implementing standard methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior project leadership and cross‑functional teams to plan and execute project activities.
• Apply project management methodologies and processes to drive project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of industry experience, including at least 1 year in a Project Management role within clinical trials at a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech organization.
• Strong knowledge of the drug development process and relevant regulatory frameworks, including ICH GCP guidelines.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented approach to risk and issue management.
• Effective time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
