About the role

The Project Manager will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. This role drives execution, aligns cross‑functional teams, and moves initiatives efficiently from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Facilitate communication across teams to support smooth execution.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support problem‑solving and decision‑making during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving capability.
