Project Manager

About the role

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex flow‑control projects. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every phase meets technical specifications, contractual terms, and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor project execution using Flowserve’s standard tools and methodologies.
• Conduct internal and external kick‑off meetings (KOM) for all orders and manage major sub‑supplier coordination.
• Maintain and update risk registers, perform preliminary risk assessments, and drive mitigation actions.
• Apply Phase Gate procedures, track on‑time delivery (OTD) KPIs, and produce monthly progress reports for customers.
• Develop and validate detailed project schedules using CPM methodology and manage critical path through GPSR and dashboard tools.
• Review contracts, complete Phase Gate checklists, and document lessons learned.
• Handle change authorizations, budget revisions, and progress‑payment invoicing.

Required profile

• Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing large‑scale industrial projects from inception to delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills for risk, schedule, and cost management.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and compliance.
