About the role

Terraforma Design Studio is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of architecture and interior furnishing projects on site in Kochi. You will ensure projects meet client expectations, quality standards, and company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate diverse teams.
• Ensure quality control through inspection processes.
• Handle logistics, material delivery, and resolve supply‑chain challenges.
• Monitor all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Expedite processes to keep projects on schedule.
• Align deliverables with client expectations and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong project management skills with ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects efficiently.
• Experience in expediting functions to ensure smooth progress.
• Proficiency in inspection and quality‑control processes.
• Knowledge of logistics management for material coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team‑leadership abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kochi and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in architecture or interior furnishing industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
