Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT projects from inception through delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external partners, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives together with all relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive tender proposals and quotations aligned with client needs.
• Develop and present proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes to demonstrate solutions.
• Lead and coordinate IT project execution, working closely with production teams.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct requirement analysis, monitor progress, and track project status.
• Oversee testing phases and deliver training sessions for end users.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting minutes for stakeholder visibility.
• Respond proactively to client feedback and requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
