Project Manager – Interior Fit‑out Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery of interior fit‑out projects, from planning through final handover. Responsibilities include managing timelines, client relationships, financial performance, and execution quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and control project schedules using Gantt charts and critical‑path planning.
• Track project health through KPIs, dashboards and risk registers, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage change orders, budgets, and post‑project reviews.
• Serve as primary client contact, handling approvals, milestone sign‑offs and issue resolution.
• Coordinate design, procurement and site teams to ensure execution aligns with drawings and timelines.
• Oversee billing cycles, cash‑flow tracking and financial performance via ERP systems.
• Implement QA/QC standards, ensure code compliance and drive snag closure before handover.
• Control costs, negotiate with vendors and lead value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience managing interior fit‑out projects (₹5–50 Cr).
• Engineering or Architecture degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
• Advanced Excel and ERP tool usage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Strong command of MS Word and PowerPoint for documentation.
