Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead interior fit‑out projects from inception to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves close coordination with clients, design teams, vendors, and on‑site contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage interior fit‑out projects from start to finish.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Prepare, submit, and coordinate client/project bills and ensure timely certification and payment collection.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage material procurement.
• Allocate manpower and resources according to project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Manage finishing activities, snag identification, rectification, final inspections, and project handover.
• Complete project documentation and ensure smooth project closure.

Required profile

• Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements.
• Capability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Experience preparing and submitting regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Proficiency in managing manpower and resource allocation according to project needs.
