Project Manager – Infrastructure & AI Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and AI transformation programmes. The role oversees end‑to‑end delivery of on‑premises, cloud and hybrid projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern delivery of infrastructure, cloud and AI platform projects, managing scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Drive AI solution initiatives, including proofs of concept, pilots, MVPs and scaled deployments, coordinating architects, data scientists and engineers.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating executive reviews, steering committees and status reporting.
• Ensure delivery excellence through structured planning, RAID management, automation and reuse of assets.
• Oversee transition of solutions to operations, handling documentation, knowledge transfer and financial tracking.
• Lead cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams and mentor members in agile and delivery best practices.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall experience with at least 8 years in project or programme management of large‑scale infrastructure or transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering on‑premises, cloud and hybrid transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and escalation management capabilities.
• Experience with AI/ML solution delivery and operationalisation (MLOps, automation pipelines).
