Project Manager – Information Security IT Projects

About the role

Join EY as a Project Manager responsible for delivering Information Security IT projects on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure projects align with EY’s security standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visibility and control over project schedule, budget and scope, conducting stage‑gate reviews.
• Manage resource plans, ensuring actual work matches planned effort and handling allocations.
• Produce accurate financial forecasts and monitor project financial performance.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, maintaining RAID logs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience in a corporate IT environment and 1–3 years in project management.
• Strong background across the systems development life‑cycle, including planning, design, build, test and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated customer focus and ability to work in matrixed, globally dispersed teams.

Required skills

• Project management methodology, tools and templates (planning, scheduling, scope and cost management).
• IAM technologies such as credential vaulting, bastion administrative forests, Federation and Active Directory.
• Project management certifications (PMI/CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) – highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL v2/v3.
• Security certifications (CISSP, GIAC) are a plus.
