Project Manager – Hybrid (Bangalore)

About the role

Commutatus is looking for a Project Manager to drive software projects from planning through delivery in a hybrid setting based in Bangalore. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring clarity for clients, developers, designers, QA, and leadership while maintaining high delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks and create detailed project, sprint, and timeline plans.
• Track progress across design, development, QA, UAT, and release, keeping documentation and task boards up‑to‑date.
• Lead and support client calls, turn discussions into concrete action items, and manage expectations around scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives, ensuring the team stays aligned without micromanaging.
• Identify and raise risks early, coordinate testing and release readiness, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing software delivery, product coordination, or similar project‑management roles.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with clients and internal teams, balancing scope, timelines, quality, and budgets.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and disciplined follow‑up in fast‑moving environments.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities while keeping teams focused.
