Project Manager – Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver healthcare projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within the healthcare domain.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources.
• Track progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Facilitate status meetings, prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and support financial tracking.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum are a plus.
