Project Manager – Healthcare IT

About the role

Hash Agile Technologies is looking for an experienced and results‑driven Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross‑functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. Experience in the Healthcare domain is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, status updates, and escalations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, where applicable.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and delivery performance.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and project plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous delivery excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of solid experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Proven experience in managing project timelines, scope, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams and client‑facing stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects in a dynamic environment.
