Project Manager – German Fluent (Remote)

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a German‑fluent Project Manager to lead creative and production projects from brief to delivery. Working remotely, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across digital, film, CGI, motion design and print, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and clarify new briefs, turning ambiguous requests into well‑defined project plans.
• Scope, cost, schedule and allocate resources for projects of varying complexity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, following Brandtech+’s Project Management Way of Working.
• Coordinate stakeholders across time zones, creating communication plans and keeping clients informed.
• Drive continuous improvement, suggest process enhancements and close projects to agreed standards.
• Oversee delivery of diverse assets, from email marketing pieces to website content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mid to high‑complexity creative projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on project profitability.
• Resilient mindset, able to handle setbacks and tight deadlines.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills, fluent in German and English.
