Project Manager – Exhibition & Events

About the role

This is an office‑based position at the heart of Fountainhead International’s exhibition stand delivery process. You will act as the single point of contact between clients and the build team, ensuring that every project moves smoothly from brief to handover. While the on‑site team handles installation, you will provide them with the right plans, information and clear direction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, running update calls and tracking commitments.
• Own end‑to‑end stand build planning and execution, including scheduling, documentation, milestone tracking and cross‑functional coordination.
• Coordinate closely with design and sales teams to align creative concepts with practical, buildable solutions and realistic scopes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of project management experience in exhibitions, events, interior fit‑out or related fields.
• Strong client‑facing skills, confident communication and proactive problem solving.
• Good understanding of stand construction, materials and production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay calm under pressure and maintain high organisation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project‑management tools; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
