Project Manager – Corporate Interiors & Workplace Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead corporate interior and workplace projects across Mumbai and Pune. The role involves coordinating design, procurement, vendors, and consultants to deliver high‑quality interiors on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of corporate interior and workplace design projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and consultants for seamless delivery.
• Ensure projects adhere to approved budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Prepare and review project schedules, execution plans, and milestone reports.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.
• Travel to project sites for coordination, meetings, and client interactions as required.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in interior fit‑out or turnkey project execution.
• Proven experience with corporate interior fit‑out or workplace design projects.
• Strong knowledge of turnkey interior project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
