Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Production Manager to lead residential renovation projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction while preserving the historic character of older homes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign work for each phase of the construction project.
• Attend trade walk‑throughs, document findings, and communicate changes to estimation within 24 hours.
• Review project scope, participate in internal final reviews, and provide input on design and execution.
• Supervise on‑site activities, ensuring quality assurance/quality control and compliance with drawings and contract specifications.
• Manage project budget, track expenses, and report financial status.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and updates.
• Safeguard client property on‑site and during warranty periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential construction or renovation projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Detail‑oriented with a client‑focused mindset.
