Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing all phases of work, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan project scope, timelines, and deliverables for construction initiatives, aligning them with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and adjusting plans as needed to keep work on track.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and meet project demands.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, contractors, and clients.
• Solid engineering expertise relevant to construction, enabling informed decision‑making and problem‑solving.
