Project Manager – Construction & Engineering

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end construction and engineering projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of end users.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and ensure technical feasibility with all stakeholders.
• Plan activities, allocate resources and develop detailed schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects and government agencies to ensure flawless execution and statutory compliance.
• Control time, cost estimation and budgeting, providing justification for expenditures.
• Communicate progress, manage risks, and produce required documentation and reports.
• Monitor performance using appropriate tools, implement changes when needed, and evaluate project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects that include civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fabrication and plumbing works.
• Strong technical understanding of the above disciplines.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication abilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule and manage resources effectively.
