Project Manager – Civil

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the construction activities for the Trivandrum Railway Station Redevelopment Project. The role requires hands‑on site leadership, end‑to‑end ownership of execution, and the ability to drive progress while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for execution, planning and day‑to‑day project management.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, targets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
• Manage civil works including RCC, structural works, masonry, finishing and related activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, productivity and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and commercial risks early and implement corrective actions.
• Track quantities, progress, billing requirements and cost against project targets.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide clear reporting to management.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong experience managing large civil/building/infrastructure projects.
• Preferable experience on railway stations, commercial buildings or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead site execution and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and problem‑solving capabilities.
