Project Manager - Civil (Hospitality Background)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Civil Project Manager with a hospitality background to join its Delhi cost centre. The role involves leading end‑to‑end service delivery on projects ranging from Rs 5 cr to Rs 10 cr, supporting both new commissions and larger, complex programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define success criteria for time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Establish project governance, processes and systems.
• Develop detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, monitor performance and manage change control.
• Oversee project finances, reporting and client communications.
• Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages.
• Identify business development opportunities and assist in bid preparation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project case studies, photographs and CV files.

Required profile

• Proven consultancy experience in project management.
• Ability to lead project commissions and deliver to time and cost targets.
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, health and environmental issues.
• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
