Project Manager – Civil (Hospital Background)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil projects within the hospital sector for its Delhi cost centre. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client objectives, time, cost and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project success criteria covering time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Develop detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and manage performance.
• Oversee change control, monitor finances and report project progress.
• Facilitate communication between the client, consultants and internal teams.
• Identify business development opportunities and support bid preparation.

Required profile

• Proven consultancy experience in project management.
• Ability to manage projects ranging from Rs 5 cr to Rs 10 cr.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk and quality management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
