Project Manager – Civil EPC for EHV Substations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil EPC projects for high‑voltage (EHV) substations up to 765 kV across India. The role involves overseeing a portfolio worth over 500 cr, guiding on‑site civil engineering teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of civil works for EPC projects in the power infrastructure sector, managing a portfolio exceeding 500 cr.
• Guide and supervise a team of civil engineers at project sites nationwide.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with government officials and internal support functions such as engineering, contracts, procurement, and finance.
• Drive safety compliance, business excellence, IMS, PMO, and Kaizen initiatives on site.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years (Degree) or 10 years (Diploma) of relevant civil project experience for EHV substations; preferably 10–12 years.
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale civil projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
